Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Each item is a custom order printed on demand and will take several days processing before shipment. Most U.S. orders will ship out within 3-5 business days of the order. Size charts are provided in each item's description. As each item is custom printed, incorrectly ordered sizes cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible of any problems with your order. We will strive to resolve the problem to your satisfaction within 10 business days of initial contact.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the facility that shipped the product. When the facility receives a returned shipment, you will be notified. Items will only be held for 30 days.
Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
The facility does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer – Please contact Silver Pines Gifts directly before returning any products to the facility. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Mislabeled Items - If an item arrives damaged or mislabeled, we will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Buyer's Remorse - As each item is made at the time of the order for the customer, we cannot offer refunds for the reason of buyer's remorse.
Size Exchanges - Wrongly ordered sizes cannot be returned. Every item is made when ordered, so replacing a wrongly ordered size would require making an entirely new item. However, if the size received is not the size ordered, replacements will be done at our cost. There is a size chart on every listing to provide measurements of each size and make it easy to determine the correct size to order.
Orders Lost in Transit - All shipments are sent with tracking. Should an item not show up, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Items ordered with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses will not be covered at our expense. Packages shown as delivered will not be covered at our expense. Packages lost in transit will be covered at our expense.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore, Silver Pines Gifts reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
